Return & Refund Policy

Our promise We want you to love your Golden Hour Lamp. If something's wrong with your order, we're here to help.

Damaged or defective items If your lamp arrives damaged or isn't working, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo or short video of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund — no need to ship anything back.

Change of mind Since each lamp is shipped directly from our fulfillment partner, we're currently unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse (e.g., wrong color chosen, changed your mind). Please double check your color selection before ordering.

Refunds Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
